From 1991-2009, Bob worked at SEI , a diversified financial services company located in Oaks, PA and the leading global provider of outsourced asset management, investment processing and investment operations solutions. His responsibilities there focused mainly on SEI's asset management businesses and distribution of those services to high net worth individuals and financial advisors in the U.S. and Europe.
Prior to joining SEI, Bob spent five years with the Procter & Gamble Company as a Brand Manager in the Paper Division.
Bob received a B.S. from the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. After graduation, he served six years as an officer in the U.S. Marine Corps in the U.S. and Asia. |

Coley is the retired President and founder of CTB Consulting. He has undergraduate degrees in Math and Economics with an MBA in Computer Applications and Information Systems from New York University. His early career included working at two IPOs: The Computer Factory where he was Director of Corporate Sales and 3Com where he was the 50th employee and Eastern Sales Manager. Coley later went on to start a small business service bureau, a technology consulting firm and a sailing charter management company. His background includes skills in information technology, software development, global financial systems, and sales management. He has been married for 34 years and is the father of two grown daughters. Coley's hobbies include Sailing, Sporting Clay Shooting, and building custom cars. One of the cars he built with his teenage daughter won two national first places and was featured on the cover of Kit Car Magazine. Coley is Chairperson of the Robin Hood IT/Industrial Consumer screening committee and a member of the Ben Franklin Technology Partners Information Technology Investment Advisory Committee. He is also on the Board of Belmay inc, a global fragrance manufacturer headquartered in NY as well as Vuzit, a Software product Vendor based in Philadelphia. Coley is an external investment advisor to Global Print Systems, WizeHive, and Listen Logic.

Albert Charpentier - Electronics, Semiconductor and Computer Technology
Albert Charpentier has been involved with cutting edge technology throughout his career. He is an entrepreneur interested in new applications of emerging technology in the electronic field. He holds ten patents in the fields of semiconductor processing, chip design, hearing aids, and near field radar. Albert started his career at MOS technology, which was purchased by Commodore Business Machines in 1976. There he designed calculators, microprocessors, ROMs, DRAM, SRAM, and video chips. Albert was Vice President of Engineering at Commodore, where he led the development team responsible for the Commodore 64 Computer. He left Commodore in 1982 to start his first company. He was the founder and President of Ensoniq, a leading manufacturer of high-end electronic musical instruments, audio chips and add-in cards for PCs. Ensoniq was purchased in 1998 by Creative Technologies, a Singaporean company known for its SoundBlaster audio brand. In 1999, Albert led a group of investors in the purchase of ActivE Inc, a small IT company. He was Chairman and interim CEO and hired a new CEO and management team. The company was sold to Neoware in 2002. Neoware was later purchased by HP. In 2000, Albert started Intellifit. Intellifit licensed near field radar technology from Battelle Memorial and developed a new type of body scanner that takes measurements directly through clothing. The measurements can be used for health care reports, fashion reports, sizing recommendations and custom clothing applications. Intellifit was merged with Unique Solutions, a Canadian company, in 2009. Mr. Charpentier earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.

Bill Cotter - Financial Services
Bill Cotter graduated from St. Joseph's University in 1965. In 1979 Bill became founder and President of T.A. Title Insurance Company, a title underwriting company. Under Bill’s direction the company grew to operate in seven states as an underwriter and another eight states as a title agency, employing over 175 people. The company was sold to a Fortune 300 company in 2004. Bill remained the CEO of the holding company that controls the entire T.A. brand until 2007. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Alliance Bank (Lawrence Park, PA) since 1986; is a member of the Board of Directors of the J.M. Oliver Company; and a Board member of Title Reinsurance Company (Vermont). Bill is now a partner in Title Alliance, Ltd, which develops and administers successful title insurance agencies. Bill joined Robin Hood Ventures in 2007. He and his wife, Jean, are the parents of five children and the grandparents of nine. He and his wife live in Media, PA. He is a member of the Development Committee and the Board of Directors of The Bethesda Project that provides food, shelter and social services for several hundred displaced and homeless men and women in the Philadelphia area.

Craig Schroeder is the owner and general manager of Blue Skies Properties, a residential real estate investment company. Prior to entering the business world, David, who holds graduate degrees in Clinical Psychology and Clinical Social Work, was a practicing family therapist and a college-level Social Sciences instructor.
Currently, David is an active investor in and advisor to innovative early-stage companies and former president of Robin Hood Ventures, a Philadelphia angel investor group (www.robinhoodventures.com). Randall has spent nearly 20 years working in the financial services industry from Wall Street to Main Street. Randall (Randy) is the President of Warren Financial and the Chief Investment Officer. He is responsible for the investment strategies employed, overseeing all trading, and running the firms day-to-day operations. Randy joined Warren Financial in 2000 with the goal of helping the firm to grow from the base originally built by Bill Warren as founder (est. 1968). At WFS, Randy focuses on providing professional, diligent, consistent management and advice for individuals, small/medium sized businesses, foundations, trusts, and executives. WFS is a boutique asset management firm handling all types of accounts as well as setting up corporate 401k programs. WFS also created and operates two hedge funds where WFS is the advisor and trader for the funds. Randy has his MBA in Finance and is a Certified Senior Advisor, as well as a representative for WFS, a Registered Investment Advisor. In 2005, Randall joined the Peacemakers and provides free financial counseling to those in financial need. His first book entitled Christ Like Generosity, was published in 2008 and focuses on Christian Philanthropy. The second edition of the book will be titled Kingdom Builder and will be released in 2010. Prior to WFS, Randy spent nine years working with FNX as Chief Technology Officer responsible for creating sophisticated trading and portfolio modeling tools which today handle, $billions of dollars of transactions daily. These products were installed at numerous major international trading banks including Bank of America, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, UBS, Deutsche Bank, Nat West, Barclays, Merrill Lynch, Sumitomo Bank, Australia New Zealand Bank, etc.

Rob Weber has focused his entire career around starting and building emerging growth technology businesses. He is currently a Managing Director of Antiphony, a management consulting firm that helps companies create sustainable value through innovation. Prior to Antiphony, Rob was President of Intellifit Corporation a provider of guaranteed fit technology for on-line apparel shopping, a venture backed company that was sold in early 2009. Prior to Intellifit he served as President of knoa, an e-learning software company, where he successfully redefined the corporate product strategy and repositioned the company to capitalize on new market opportunities. Prior to knoa he served as President of Elastomeric Technologies, a leading electronic connector manufacturer. Rob joined Elastomeric as President in 1990, turned the company around and sold the venture backed firm to Tyco International (Formerly Augat Corp) in 1995. In 1984 Rob became an early team member and served as Marketing Director for Ensoniq Corp, a leading manufacturer of electronic musical instruments and multimedia products, where he led the development of the company's marketing and business plan and venture capital financing efforts through 1988. Ensoniq was sold to Creative Technologies of Singapore. He started his career in venture capital with the investment banking firm of Howard, Lawson & Company. Rob is a co-founder of Robin Hood Ventures, an angel investment group focused on emerging growth companies, and the Mid-Atlantic Angel Group Fund. Rob serves as Lecturer and Senior Fellow for the Fisher Program in Management & Technology at the University of Pennsylvania, where he teaches business planning and entrepreneurial management. In addition, he is a faculty member in Penn Engineering’s Executive Master’s in Technology Management program. He is a graduate of the Fisher Program where he earned Bachelor of Science in Economics (B.S.E.) and Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.S.) degrees from The Wharton School and School of Engineering. |
